Manufacturing Excellence has just finished a thoroughly successful business improvement project with Richard Western Ltd, an agricultural trailer manufacturer in Suffolk.
At the start of the process Managing Director Angus Western highlighted his main goals were to build a strong team and improve overall performance. Taking this on board we were able to tailor the learning plan including all relevant business improvement techniques while keeping an emphasis on developing a winning team culture within the business.
Our very own Shaun Allen delivered the 18 month course concluding with everyone achieving an NVQ in Business Improvement, as well as Richard Western Ltd achieving their original targets:
