Leigh Marrs, St Oswald's Learning and Organisational Developement Manager describes the process..

"We knew what we wanted to achieve but were struggling to define the scope of the project and understand the implications from an IT perspective.  Clare made it all seem so logical! She took us though the PING process with enthusiasm and a real interest in understanding the work of the hospice.

We reviewed understanding at the beginning of each meeting which kept us all on the same page.  At the end of the project we were amazed as we compared where we had started with where we now were.

The difference PING can make is amazing, it makes you question assumptions and helps different departments to understand the pressures each faces.  We were surprised by how many improvements we were able to identify and how many ways PING would be able to help us with other projects.

Clare made the meetings something to look forward to and everyone agreed they would take what they had learned and make good use of it in the future’’.
