Working in partnership with an organisation highlight key initiatives that will deliver on the agreed goal.
Design:
Drill down on each initiative in order to set out objectives, milestones & accountability.
Verification:
Performance manage the outcomes of each initiative to sustain the new way of working and highlight areas to improve for the next goal.
Execution:
Deliver on agreed plan in line with the agreed timescales.
Planning:
Draw up an implementation and communication plan.
